Any prizes or prize certificate not claimed within 30 business days of winning will, be forfeit by the winner. Prizes/prize certificates may not be mailed to winner. Contest prizes are non-transferable. Prize may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. All winners must show their valid photo identification card and social security number upon picking up prizes at KMZQ. All winners MUST be a resident of Clark County, Nevada. Acceptance of prize constitutes as permission to AM- 670 KMZQ AND KEMP BROADCASTING, INC. to use winner's name, image, character, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Winners must wait a full 30 days from their initi in order to win again. Only one winner per household.
